The box showed up a little dented, which had me worried at first, but the shoes were wrapped nicely inside and weren’t damaged. I’m happy enough with the packaging overall, but I do wish the communication had been clearer because the delivery updates were kind of confusing.

Picked these up from journeecollection.com and they fit better than expected. True to size for me, not snug, not loose.

Wore them through a full workday and my feet were still fine, which almost never happens. Comfy, easy to walk in, would buy again

I ordered a pair of shoes from Journee Collection they were just okay. They looked really cute online, but when I got them in person, they felt a little cheaper than I was expecting.

I picked up a pair from Journee Collection, i was in a good mood when I opened them because the material looked and felt nicer than I expected for the price. The outside has a soft feel to it, and thankfully, they don’t have that cheap-looking finish.

The shoes looked really nice , but they just didn’t fit me the way I hoped . I sent them back and the return did get processed , but the refund took longer than I thought it would . Customer service did reply , just not very quickly . Overall it wasn’t a bad experience , but I do think the return process could be a little smoother .

I really liked how these looked, and the fit was fine for me, like that part was all good. But after wearing them just a few times, the sole started coming loose and the material got scuffed up way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought they’d last better than that, especially with how it seemed at first.
